Why was my wish rejected?
Your wish may be rejected due to various reasons, such as violation of guidelines, incomplete information, duplicates, unrealistic goals, legal or safety concerns, and spam. This helps to keep the platform focused on meaningful and special occasions. Additionally, wishes are subject to a moderation process, which can take up to 24 hours to complete. Refund policy
We have a standard policy that purchases and fees associated with your account are final and nonrefundable. This is to make sure to protect our creator’s from return scams.
