After you connect your Stripe account you can withdraw funds to your personal account

What if I didn't reach my goal?

If you don't reach your goal, you can still withdraw the funds that were raised. However, you may not have enough money to fulfill your wish completely. It's important to set a realistic fundraising goal and share your wish with as many people as possible to increase your chances of reaching your goal. If you don't reach your goal, you can always try again at a later time. Remember, every little bit counts and you can still make progress towards your wish even if you don't reach your full goal.

How can I create wish?

To create a wish on WISHX, sign up and click "Create Wish." Provide a clear title, description, and an optional photo. You'll also need to specify how much money you need to make your wish a reality, and when you need it. Remember, it's normal to face challenges along the way. Stay patient and adaptable, adjusting your approach if needed.

Why was my wish rejected?

Your wish may be rejected due to various reasons, such as violation of guidelines, incomplete information, duplicates, unrealistic goals, legal or safety concerns, and spam. How can I congratulate users?

Find the wish, click "Congratulate," choose the amount, enter payment details, and complete the transaction. Optionally, leave a message. Your contribution and message will appear on the wish page. Registration is not required, but payment information is needed for the transaction.

Are there any deadlines?

There are some time limits and deadlines to keep in mind when using WISHX. First of all, users can create a wish only once a year, on their birthday. This helps to keep the platform focused on meaningful and special occasions. Additionally, wishes are subject to a moderation process, which can take up to 24 hours to complete. This is to ensure that all wishes comply with our rules and guidelines.

Refund policy

We have a standard policy that purchases and fees associated with your account are final and nonrefundable. This is to make sure to protect our creator’s from return scams. However, we will refund your purchase if the creator receives the wrong item and agrees to a refund. Please reach us out to [email protected] for any help regarding refunds.

In addition, we have added new features to the platform called "Partners." Now businesses can congratulate birthday people. When creating a profile or a wish, the user specifies their interests and receives coupons, discounts, or gift certificates from our partners based on these interests.

What are the conditions for connecting a partner?

Connection is absolutely free. But in order to start creating coupons and sending them to users, you will need to acquire a coupon package.

What coupon packages are available?

1. Right now we have only two package options 1. 25$ - 39 coupons 2. 49$ - 45 coupons 2. But when connecting, you can create coupons for free for the first 3 months. We give 20 free coupons for each month.

How do I understand who my client is?

Thanks to the deep filter on our platform, you can easily find your potential clients based on their interests, dreams, and preferences.

Payment Policy

When you use WISHX, you agree that the amount you received will be solely used to purchase the gift for which the payment was made. You further understand that WISHX has the right to permanently deactivate creators who use the amount for other purposes.

About dispute resolution

We at WISHX encourage you to contact us if you’re having an issue, before resorting to the courts. In the unfortunate situation where legal action does arise, these Terms (and all other rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law, and without application of the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act or the United Nations Convention of Controls for International Sale of Goods.
